This apple sauce really is as local as it gets. We sourced the honey from some happy bees that do all their hard work at a local Almonte apiary. The apples (a carefully calculated blend of Mcintosh and Gala) also came from a local orchard.
It really is incredible stuff. It’s great plain, on yogurt, or as a condiment on roasted pork.
