We took beautiful local peaches, and slowly preserved them to capture all the wonderful flavours of a summer afternoon. We like to use them in the darkest depths of winter, when even just a little sunshine can brighten your whole day.
Perfect served on waffles, crepes, or on top of cheesecake or vanilla ice cream.
