We love bao. It's actually one of our favourites here at Bouffage. There's nothing better than the bright complexity of fresh flavours that comes with assembling your own steamed buns. A little this, a little that, and every bite becomes different. It's a symphony of flavour.
3 large bao per person
Chilled miso steak
Roast BBQ Pork (Char Siu)
Tempura battered Chinese eggplant
Pickled carrot and radish
Vermicelli noodle salad with fresh herbs
Lime leaf and lemongrass creme brulee
Vegetarian? Look no further. Our alternate this week are braised oyster mushrooms. We'll also add more eggplant tempura too, since variety is the spice of life.
We can also do a half meat, half vegetarian box if you want. Just add a note to the order and we'll get everyone fed.
