We made our famous dumplings for our soft launch, but recently we realized that not everyone has had a chance to try them. That is a massive injustice to all of you. Anna used to live in Taiwan where she picked up some unreal dumpling skills. It’s definitely one of the reasons that she and I became friends.
So, without further ado, we give you Bouffage's famous hand made dumplings.

Pork & Cabbage Dumplings Anna’s famous pork and cabbage dumplings. Fresh ground pork and shaved napa cabbage seasoned with fresh ginger, sesame, green onions, and a touch of thai chili
Vegetarian Dumplings A blend of oyster, shumenji, and shitake mushrooms, seared and simmered with napa cabbage and a blend of spices
Sriracha Plum Sauce & Traditional Dumpling Sauce
Udon Noodles Udon noodles tossed in a fragrant chili garlic oil and a blends of soy sauces with fresh Asian herbs and green onions
Broccoli Florets & Snap Peas Broccoli florets, shaved carrots, and snap peas tossed in a sesame oil dressing
Ginger Snap Cookies
Our vegetarian alternative this week is our vegetarian dumplings and mixed vegetable & tofu dumplings. As usual, we can do a half-vegetarian, half-meat box so everyone gets fed. Just include a note with your preference at checkout.
