As I'm sure you've noticed, the snow is here. Personally, I love this time of year. I even love the bleak overcast grey days that occur while Mother Nature figures out what her plans are. And one of the absolute best things about this time of the year is the food.
During the cold, we get to fill our bellies with foods that warm us to our very soul. And that's why we've decided to shuffle our schedule around and bring you some delicious Indian food.
Chicken Korma A rich and creamy curry that is full of flavour, yet is still mild in terms of spice
Saag Paneer A bright and delicious curry traditionally made with slowly braised spinach and seared Indian cheese
Tarka Daal A traditional lentil curry bursting with flavour from toasted aromatic spices
Coconut Cardamom Basmati Rice Basmati rice cooked with a touch of cardamom and coconut, gently melding the curry flavours together
Homemade Roti Handmade traditional Indian flatbread
Masala Apple Pie A subtle twist on a classic pie, with garam masala as opposed to traditional pie spices. So good you’ll be asking for the recipe.
Our vegetarian alternative is a roasted cauliflower korma. As usual, we can do a half-vegetarian half-meat box so everyone gets fed. Just include a note with your preference at checkout.
Order cutoff is Wednesday December 2nd at 6pm with delivery Thursday December 3rd between 11am and 5pm.
Never hesitate to ask us about any dietary restrictions you may have, we love to feed people and always do our best to accommodate.
