It’s a slow roasted pork roulade that is jam packed with flavourful herbs and spices. Cooked for a long period of time at a low heat, it’s so buttery soft that it absolutely melts in your mouth.
When paired with a creamy mushroom risotto, you’ll think that you’ve died and gone to porchetta heaven.
Porchetta A traditional Italian roast pork. The meat is deeply scored and rubbed with fresh herbs, spices, citrus zest, fennel fronds, and garlic. It is then trussed and slow roasted in the oven to perfection. It melts in your mouth.
Mushroom Risotto A creamy risotto made with cremini, shitake, and oyster mushrooms.
Braised Fennel Broiled fennel that is then braised with garlic, chicken stock, white wine, and a touch of lemon.
Italian Salsa Verde A salsa verde made with Italian herbs. The perfect touch of brightness.
Tiramisu The perfect pick-me-up dessert. A layered Italian delight. Espresso laden lady fingers, mascarpone cheese, and a touch of cocoa. *Chef’s kiss.*
Our vegetarian alternative is slow braised mushrooms in fragrant herbs. As usual, we can do a half-vegetarian half-meat box so everyone gets fed. Just include a note with your preference at checkout.
