We are back! I don’t know if you’ve missed us, but we definitely missed you. We were racking our brains to figure out what the best meal to kick off the new year would be.
Should we go super fresh? Super healthy? Loud and in your face? Or something classic?
So we went with all of the above. Because why pick one when you can have them all?
Thai cuisine is incredibly nuanced, fresh, and healthy, while still having a richness. It’s perfect when you’re indecisive and the dishes we’ve picked reflect that. We decided that a duo of curry with a classic appetizer would be just the ticket. Green curry is aromatic, playful, and more delicate than red curry, which is fuller, richer, and packs a little more heat.

Chicken Satay One of the most recognized Thai dishes besides Pad Thai. Chicken satay is an absolute must have. Marinated chicken breast, sliced skewered, and grilled. Served with a peanut satay sauce. *We will be making the peanut sauce in a separate kitchen. Please notify us of any peanut allergies.*
Chicken and Shrimp Green Curry An aromatic Thai curry made from green chilis, aromatic herbs and spices with chicken, shrimp, and broccoli gently simmered in a coconut milk broth.
Eggplant and Sugar Snap Pea Red Curry A rich and bold Thai curry with a hint of sweetness made from thai chilis, and aromatic herbs and spices with Chinese eggplant, bamboo shoots, sugar snap peas, and carrots sauteed in a rich coconut cream.
Jasmine Sticky Rice
Pineapple Upside Down Cake An old school classic, with a few subtle tweaks to make this dessert the perfect finale.
Our vegetarian alternative this week is a vegan green and red curry.
As usual, we can do a half-vegetarian, half-meat box so everyone gets fed. Just include a note with your preference at checkout.
