This week’s box is beautiful. I mean, all our boxes are beautiful, but this one is extra pretty. We’re doing Italian, but with a bit of local flair.
Traditionally, pasta is made with durum semolina flour, but we’re making ours with a blend of semolina and spelt flour. We always try to get as much local stuff as we can, and one thing that always gets overlooked by professional and amateurs alike is flour. Tomato sauce with fire roasted tomatoes and seared mushrooms
Pecorino Romano cheese
Roasted garlic and herb focaccia
Panna cotta with peach and amaretto reduction
Our vegetarian alternative just omits the prosciutto. As usual, we can do a half-vegetarian half-meat box so everyone gets fed. Just include a note with your preference at checkout.
